Standard Processing Time
All our items are carefully made and packaged with love. Once you place your order, please
allow 5 to 7 working days for us to process it before dispatching. For high volume seasons or during special sales, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.
Processing time is different from delivery time, so keep this in mind when planning to wear your
outfit.
Priority Processing Time
Need it sooner? We offer priority processing within 48-72 hours at an additional fee.
Please confirm with our customer service team if your selected item is eligible for this service.
Note: The processing timeframe begins the day after payment is confirmed.
Size Guide & Adjustments
Please consult our size chart (available on the website and Instagram highlights) before placing your order. If adjustments are required due to incorrect sizing, additional charges will apply, and the client bears the logistics fee to and from us.
Fabric & Colour Availability
If a selected fabric or colour becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you may either:
Choose from available alternatives, or wait for a restock (Please note, restock timelines are undefined and may be lengthy).
Shipping Rate
We offer shipping within Nigeria and to international destinations. Shipping fees are calculated
at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery option. Delivery within Lagos takes 24 to 48 hours after processing. For other states within Nigeria,
delivery may take 2 to 5 working days. And for international delivery it may take 3 to 5 working days or longer depending on the location. We partner with trusted logistics companies to make sure your items arrive safely.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if
approved. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to
qualify. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items, custom orders, or pre-orders.
All logistics on returns and exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information you share with us, such as your name, address, phone number, and email is only used to process your orders or respond to your
enquiries. We do not share your details with third parties. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details.
Payments
We accept bank transfers, card payments, and payment links. Your order is only confirmed after we receive your full payment. For pre-orders and custom services, partial payment options may be available. Kindly note that we do not start processing any order until payment is confirmed.
Order Processing
Carefully review your order details before payment. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not permitted. Refunds will not be issued after payment is made.
